What we did over Christmas break
Lisa writes: Here's what we did in December, and particularly over Christmas break. Sat, Dec 7 - Annual trek to National Basilica, the LDS Temple, and El Catrachito restaurant. Annual melt-down from James along the way, but overall a good trip. Sun, Dec 8 - Playdate with Sebastian K. Don't know what they did, but James came home sweaty, dirty, and tired so it must have been a fun time. Mon, Dec 9 - After weeks of hinting and begging, I broke down and made rock candy with James. We used more than 12 cups of sugar. Tues, Dec 10 - Trip to the library. Checked out a dozen videos. James has checked out the exact same National Geographic dinosaur documentary at least five times. Ask me anything about pachcephalosaurus. I dare you. Weds, Dec 11 - Piano lesson with Mrs. Mench for James followed by our near weekly trip to PetSmart to buy crickets. Next pet with be an herbivore.
